The room was clean. The bed seemed really comfy, I noticed a great location near cruise terminals. A big bathroom was also a plus! I also appreciated the nice, comfortable sofa I saw with a well-dressed bed. Room enough for two was available. A nice equipped kitchen and dining table with chairs enhanced the experience. The staff was very cute, polite, and friendly! Staff seemed helpful and accommodating.
The residents of the flats below don't look friendly. They were half dressed and smoked outside most of the time, I would not like to leave my car in this area.

The location was fine. It was close enough to what i needed.
The shower was a real letdown. it barely trickled out water, and i had trouble getting the temperature right. It was either freezing or scalding. i was honestly expecting better.

Aga, the hotel host, sent clear instructions before my arrival. it made checking in easy!!! the location was convenient for accessing key areas. the hotel was clean. The room was super clean.
i would have liked freebie gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Check-in used a fully automated system and went smoothly. I met a staff member who was friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all necessary equipment and was impeccably clean. The rooms were renovated while preserving the building's historical character. I stayed in a Double Room Private Bathroom for two nights. The room was super clean.
The main door resembled a nightclub entrance.
